Work Based Learning Academy (WBLA)

The WBLA is a skills development organisation launched by Newport City Council so that the public, private and third sectors can address employment issues, training needs and business development.

The WBLA co-ordinates and links training and employment organisations to help unemployed Newport people gain the skills they need to work and to help businesses meet their recruitment needs.
